Community service gives students the opportunity to step outside their everyday routines and connect with the wider world. Through these experiences, children learn to:

• Value kindness and compassion
• Develop sensitivity toward different life circumstances
• Practise gratitude and humility
• Understand the importance of giving back
• Build a spirit of responsible citizenship

Meaningful Exposure Through Visits and Engagement

As part of our efforts, we take students for visits to shelter homes for children and similar community spaces, where they interact, share, and learn in age-appropriate ways. These visits help students understand that support can take many forms—time, attention, friendship, sharing resources, and simply showing care and respect.
Students are encouraged to participate in thoughtful initiatives such as:

• Donating essential items (as guided by the school)
• Participating in small drives and collections
• Creating greeting cards, books, or learning material
• Engaging in simple shared activities that bring joy and dignity to others

Community Engagement

We believe in molding responsible and compassionate citizens. Our activities focus on instilling a sense of social responsibility and leadership in students. Our students actively take part in various cultural and academic events across Dehradun, such as inter-school debates, art exhibitions, and science fairs. This exposure helps them build confidence, network with peers from other schools, and gain valuable insights into broader community interactions.

Building Values That Last

Our focus is always on ensuring that community service is done with respect and sensitivity, so students understand that service is not charity it is a shared human responsibility. These experiences often leave a lasting impact, nurturing students who are more grounded, compassionate, and socially aware.
Through community service, we aim to raise children who do well in life and also do good.
